Do you ship worldwide?
We ship all our items world wide!! In the UK we deliver by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Outside the UK we ship either by Royal Mail Airsure or by Fedex for extra speed when required. Postage price depends on number and expense of item(s) ordered.

Who makes your products and where?
All our latex items are handmade by us (Official Meatbabes) in our studio in London, UK.

I'm not a standard size, can I have my order made to fit my shape?

We offer a made to measure service. This service costs 10% added onto the price of the garment ordered. Please contact us prior to ordering if you desire the MTM service. We will then send you a measuring guide. Contact us here

Can I pay via Paypal?
We accept Paypal payments via the cart checkout. We can also accept payments by Cheque drawn on an account in the UK or you can choose to pay by International Wire Transfer (GBP only). If you wish to pay by cheque or wire transfer, please contact us at here http://shop.meatclothing.co.uk/contact All prices are exclusive of shipping and local taxes and import duties. 

I've just made an order, when can I expect it?
All garments are individually hand made to your order and production takes time. We aim to ship all items within a practical time frame, but please allow up to 28 days for dispatch after payment confirmation. There can be mitigating circumstances, which can add to delivery time, such as unavailability of raw materials, or extremely busy periods of the year. We will keep you informed of any delays. If you are wanting to buy an item for a special event, please contact us at here http://shop.meatclothing.co.uk/contact before hand and we can advise as to whether we can meet your date. 

I have no idea how to care for latex items.
Don't worry. When we send you your specially made items, we also include a detailed care sheet on how to care for your latex. 

I've received an incorrect or faulty item, what should I do?
If you receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged item please contact us within 48 hours and state your order number, we can then advise you on how to return your order and the correct item will be sent. We will cover all return postage. If the goods are not what you ordered, damaged or fault, DO NOT try on or use the items. We will not exchange or refund for any used garments. We will not be held responsible for damage caused by misuse or poor care of garments.

What is your returns policy?
As all garments are made to order, we only refund fully when an item has a production fault. Returns that are a change of heart, you will receive a credit note subject to a £10 handling and restocking charge and delivery costs will not be refunded. Please contact us in writing via email with your order number within seven days of delivery to let us know about the reason for your return and will guide you through the steps to return. DO NOT try on or use the itemsAll latex returns will only be accepted if still in a new condition with no signs of wear and in original packaging within seven days of delivery. Please note, made to measure items are non-refundable. 

What is your exchange policy?
If you order the wrong size, please contact us in writing via email with your order number within seven days of delivery 

and will guide you through the steps to return. DO NOT try on or use the items

All latex exchanges will only be accepted if still in a new condition with no signs of wear and in original packaging within seven days of delivery. 

We can only exchange for a difference in size, not product. 

Please note, made to measure items are non-exchangable.
