Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of our site (the agreement), Please note that your use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. MEAT CLOTHING LTD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the Site following any such changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this site. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect the Buyers statutory rights as a Consumer.

All our items are made in London, UK.

Pre-Order Information:

Items are expected to arrive as indicated on the product page but may arrive sooner, and in some cases, later than expected. This may be due to unforeseen production delays or transit problems. In the unlikely event an item does not arrive at all, you will be refunded. You will be charged when your order is placed. If you decide to cancel or return your pre-order you will receive store credit. You must request your return within 7 days of receiving your order. For information regarding returning an item please see below in the "Returns, refunds and exchanges" section or contact us.

Payments:

Payment is required on order. Meat Clothing LTD can be paid via Paypal for now, however we will be offering more methods of payment in the future. You can make payments by Cheque drawn on an account in the UK. 

You can also choose to pay by International Wire Transfer in Pounds Sterling only (GBP). 

If you wish to pay by cheque or wire transfer, please send us an email to babes@meatclothing.co.uk. Orders paid by Cheque or Wire Transfer will only be manufactured once funds are cleared. 

For security reasons we do not keep your card details on record. Payments made via Paypal do not forward your card information to us. We are however able to make refunds using these same systems when necessary.

Incorrect Items:

Notify us of any incorrectly supplied orders within 48 hours of delivery. If the goods are not what you ordered, DO NOT try on or use the items. The correct item will be sent on receipt of the wrong item. We will not exchange or refund for any used garments.

 

T&C LATEX:

Allergy to Latex:

All our latex garments are made from 100% Natural Latex which some people have allergic reactions to. The exact cause of latex allergy is unknown, but it is thought that repeated exposure to latex and rubber products may be at fault. People at increased risk for developing latex allergy include: Persons who use latex gloves at work, such as workers in healthcare, dentistry, animal laboratories, and veterinary medicine. People with a history of multiple surgical procedures. People with known food allergies to banana, avocado, kiwi or chestnuts and people with atopy (family history of allergies), asthma, or eczema. If you have a latex allergic reaction, you may have the following signs and symptoms: skin rash, hives, eye tearing and irritation, nasal symptoms such as sneezing, drainage, or congestion, wheezing or chest constriction, itching. A simple way of telling if you suffer an allergic reaction to latex is through the use of latex gloves. If you have an allergy to latex do not wear garments produced by Meat Clothing LTD. Meat Clothing Ltd will not be held responsible for any health issues that arise from wearing latex provided by us.

Latex Colours: 

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the shop.meatclothing.co.uk website. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Latex Made to Measure:

We offer a made to measure service. This service costs 10% added onto the price of the garment ordered. Please contact us prior to ordering if you desire the MTM service. We will then send you a measuring guide. Please ensure that all measurements sent are accurate. Any faults as a result of poor supplied measures are not the responsibility of Meat Clothing LTD. We will do our best to correct, see our returns, refunds & exchanges, policy for more information regarding wrong sizes. 

Made to Measure items are NOT refundable or returnable. 

Latex Pricing/Delivery/Shipment:

All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). You will be charged in GB Pounds Sterling at the time of your purchase. All prices are exclusive of shipping and local taxes and import duties. Meat Clothing LTD delivers worldwide. In the UK we deliver by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Outside the UK we ship either by Royal Mail Airsure or by Fedex or equivalent courier for extra speed when required. This is recommended for high value orders. All garments are individually hand made to your order and production takes time. We aim to ship all items within a practical time frame, but please allow up to 28 days for dispatch after payment confirmation. There can be mitigating circumstances, which can add to delivery time, such as unavailability of raw materials, or extremely busy periods of the year. We will keep you informed of any delays.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the buyers address specified in the order and the buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. Meat Clothing Ltd will not be liable if customers give incorrect delivery details at time of ordering for loss of goods.

Latex Returns, Refunds and Exchanges: 

As all garments are made to order, Meat Clothing LTD only refunds fully when an item has a production fault. 

All latex returns will only be accepted if still in a new condition with no signs of wear and in original packaging within seven days of delivery.

Return:

Returns that are simply not required, or a change of heart, you will receive a credit note subject to a £10 handling and restocking charge and delivery costs will not be refunded. Please contact us in writing via email or letter within seven days of delivery to let us know about the reason for your return and ensure that you send it by a fully traceable delivery service. Meat Clothing LTD will not be held responsible for lost items when incorrect postage is used. If you are returning items from outside of the UK, clearly state on all documentation and customs declarations that all items contained in the package are returns to the manufacturer for alteration/return. Meat Clothing LTD will not pay any duties or taxes on returned goods, and this may result in the loss or return to you of the items.

Where returned Goods are found to be damaged or soiled due to the buyers, the seller will only return the order to the customer once re delivery charges have been paid by the buyer.

Exchange:

If you order the wrong size, please return item for an exchange by a fully traceable delivery service. Please contact us in writing via email or letter seven days of delivery. Items MUST be sent recorded delivery. Meat Clothing LTD will not be held responsible for lost items when incorrect postage is used. Please contact us prior to returning garments and enclose a copy of your invoice/order number. We can only exchange for a difference in size, not product.

Faulty:

You must inform us immediately of any faulty or damaged garments and they must be returned within 48 hours of delivery for repair or replacement. Any faults of production will be corrected at no cost. Meat Clothing Ltd will not be held responsible for damage caused by misuse or poor care of garments. Any custom made or made-to-measure orders are not returnable or refundable. Any faults or problems, which are caused by incorrect information supplied on order, can be discussed and remedied. We will endeavour to correct any problems to your satisfaction. There may be discretionary surcharges for these corrections.

Please ensure that all measurements sent are accurate when ordering. Any faults as a result of poor supplied measures are not the responsibility of Meat Clothing LTD. We will do our best to correct, but will be at Meat Clothing Ltd discretion.

It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to the delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 48 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to affect the claim against the carrier.

Where the Goods ordered by the Buyer are not available from stock the buyer shall be notified and given the option to either wait until the Goods are available from stock or cancel the order and receive a full refund within 28 days.
